Manalytical’s range of long-term Maintenance Contracts offer great value, fixed-price calibrations.

Manalytical recommends that our hygrometers should be calibrated once every six months, so if you only service your instrument on an 'as and when' basis you could benefit from one of our customised Maintenance Contracts.

Designed to offer a fixed-cost approach to maintenance, the contracts include regular, scheduled calibrations and extended warranty on electrical and mechanical components.

Benefits of the standard Maintenance Contract include:

  • Two calibrations per year (once every six months).
  • Minimal administration for the client. We’ll let you know when the calibration is due; all you have to do is make sure the analyser is ready for collection.
  • Prioritised service. Calibrations are scheduled and take preference over ‘ad hoc’ work, so your instrument will typically be returned within 5-10 working days.
  • Extended warranty on all electrical and mechanical components.
  • Complimentary software upgrades for digital analysers (MicroView, MicroView Compact and PicoView).
  • Inclusive collection and re-delivery to your site.

These are just the benefits of our standard Maintenance Contracts, but we can customise the agreement depending on your application. For example:

  • If you monitor online, and can’t afford to be without an analyser, we can provide a rotational spare so that you have zero downtime.
  • If your application is particularly demanding, and analysers are exposed to contamination, we can arrange to perform calibrations more frequently.
  • For clients with fixed installation custom systems, or where it is inconvenient to return instruments to Manalytical, we can perform on-site service work.
  • Variable length contracts, from one to five years, affording great value for money and allowing you to plan for ongoing maintenance.
